Sign up to Digital Banking

Existing Banco Santander e-Banking user: you will be receiving an email with the registration instructions. Important that you must follow these unique steps for your user in order to complete the process. If not, register as a new user.

FirstBank customer with a Banco Santander Puerto Rico credit card:

If you received an email notifying that your credit card was removed from your active businesses, it is not necessary to contact us. 
As of Monday, April 26, the Bill Payment service in Digital Banking will activate the business name under "FirstBank" and will keep your payment scheduled in the same date you had it at Banco Santander Puerto Rico.

If you want to change the payment date, you can do it through Digital Banking.

Make your payments using FirstBank’s Digital Banking platform. If you are already registered on the platform, as of Monday, April 26, you will see your Beyond credit card automatically. Then, you can continue to use the platform and make payments and transactions as usual.
